Our Services
New Patient Evaluation
Comprehensive, personalized evaluation for first-time patients. Dr. Salmun will assess your condition, discuss treatment options, and walk you through the State approval process. In most cases, you can visit a dispensary the same day.
Card Renewal
Follow-up to review your treatment progress and renew your 7-month certification. Available in-person or via secure telehealth. Transfer patient: first visit has to be in person. After every 2 renewals with us, your next one is just $50.

Have questions after your visit? All follow-up questions are free of charge, always. We're here to support you throughout your medical marijuana journey.
Do You Qualify?
To qualify, you must be a permanent or seasonal Florida resident diagnosed with a qualifying medical condition. During your visit, Dr. Salmun will evaluate your condition and walk you through the State approval process together.
