• New patient evaluations are conducted in-person at our Edgewater, Miami office.
• Card renewals are available in-person or via telehealth where Florida regulations permit.
• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
• Military personnel and veterans receive a 10% discount with valid identification.
• All follow-up questions after your visit are free of charge.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice without charge.
• No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Practice.

7. No Guarantee of Certification

Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee that you will receive a medical marijuana certification. Certification is based on the physician's medical evaluation and professional judgment.

8. State Registration (OMMU)

After receiving a physician certification, patients must register with the Florida OMMU to obtain a Medical Marijuana Use Registry Identification Card. We are not responsible for OMMU processing delays or denials.

9. Telehealth Services

Where permitted by Florida law, we offer telehealth consultations for certification renewals. Telehealth is not available for new patient evaluations, which require an in-person visit.

10. SMS Communications

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. Message frequency varies based on your appointment and certification schedule.
